1. General Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between the player ("User" or "you") who uses the iwbet platform ("Service") and iwbet.

3. Age Restrictions and Geographic Restrictions

The iwbet service is open only to players aged 21+. Anyone below this age may not use the service. iwbet reserves the right to request proof of age.

Online gambling laws differ across locations, so players must be aware of the laws in their own location and only use the service if those laws allow it. Players are solely responsible for accessing the service in violation of local law, and iwbet is protected from any related liability.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Deposit methods available at iwbet are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks. Deposits are processed in Myanmar Kyat (Ks) only.

• Funds will be added to your account only after a deposit is confirmed successful;
• Depositing with a third party's funds is prohibited;
• If any issue occurs during a deposit, you must contact customer service immediately.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit;
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the player's own bank account or mobile payment account;
• iwbet may request verification before processing a withdrawal when necessary;
• Withdrawals may be restricted if the wagering requirement for an active bonus has not yet been met.

4.3 Financial Security

iwbet protects financial transactions with SSL encryption. Fraudulent deposits or withdrawals may result in loss of winnings and account closure.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The iwbet welcome bonus is 100% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet a wagering requirement of 15x the bonus amount.

Examples—

• If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 20,000 Ks; account balance 40,000 Ks; bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until a wagering requirement of 20,000 Ks × 15 = 300,000 Ks is met;
• If you deposit 620,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 300,000 Ks (maximum); account balance 920,000 Ks; bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until a wagering requirement of 300,000 Ks × 15 = 4,500,000 Ks is met.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• The bonus can be claimed once only; if multiple accounts with the same personal details are found claiming it, the bonus will be cancelled.
• The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn until the real money balance is fully met.
• Wagering requirements will be completed only on certain games; game-specific restrictions will be listed on the promotion page.
• iwbet reserves the right to change the bonus amount or wagering requirement with prior notice.
• If any method is used to exploit the bonus in bad faith, iwbet reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any winnings generated from it.

5.3 VIP Program

iwbet's VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback rates are—

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback;
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback;
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback;
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback;
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

VIP tier progression depends on a player's gaming activity and deposit history and may change over time.

6. Fair Play

iwbet ensures that players have a genuine gaming experience—

• Games use a Random Number Generator (RNG), so results are random with no predetermined manipulation;
• iwbet makes the gaming environment transparent without interfering with or working against a player's gameplay;
• Collusion, arbitrage betting, exploiting system errors, or any deliberate abuse in any game is strictly prohibited;
• If such abusive activity is found, the account will be suspended and results will be reviewed.

7. Terms on Player Accounts

7.1 Account Security

Every player is personally responsible for the security of their own account—

• Accounts created with false personal details that cannot be verified with current authentication will be suspended;
• If suspicious gameplay or financial fraud occurs, the player must notify iwbet immediately;
• If an external login or unauthorised access is suspected, contact customer support immediately.

7.2 Conduct Responsibilities

Players must not do any of the following—

• Abusing other players or engaging in any conduct that causes harm;
• Creating fake accounts and claiming bonuses;
• Manipulating the platform's payment system in various ways to extract funds (bonus abuse);
• Using automated tools such as crawlers, bots, or spiders to collect data.

9. Service Suspension and Account Closure

9.1 Closure by the Player

9.2 Closure by iwbet

In the following cases, iwbet may close an account immediately without prior notice—

• If the player is found to be conducting a cyber attack on the service.

If the closure is due to fraudulent activity, only the player's own deposited funds may be refunded; any winnings generated from bonuses will be cancelled.

10. Liability Limitations

While iwbet makes reasonable efforts to keep the platform running properly, it accepts no responsibility for the following—

• Inability to access the platform due to server maintenance or technical disruptions;
• Losses resulting from the player's own actions;
• Game interruptions caused by the player's internet connection dropping;
• A third party using the player's account without the player's knowledge;
• Any losses resulting from the player accessing and playing through illegal means.

Players are considered to have clearly understood the entertainment nature of iwbet's games and to have agreed that winnings are not guaranteed when they enter and play.
